The
following terms & conditions form the basis of the contract between the property
owners and the clients, and the rental of the property is conditional upon the
acceptance of these terms by the client.
- Bookings may be made
verbally or by e-mail and reservations will be held for two weeks subject to
receipt of a confirmation e-mail from the client, and appropriate deposit
payment. The balance of monies due are payable no later than 6 weeks prior to
occupation.
- The property is to be used
only by those named on the booking form for the purposes of holiday
accommodation, and a reasonable standard of behaviour is expected.
- No animals are
permitted in the property or its gardens, nor is smoking allowed inside the
villa - could smokers kindly smoke outside.
- The safety deposit is
required payable in advance to cover breakages or damages etc,. This will be refunded to you after the
owner has assessed any damages and made a reasonable deduction, otherwise it
is repayable in full a week after occupancy. Any additional
costs resulting from your use of the property will be payable in full.
- The property will normally
be available by 4pm on the day of arrival, or earlier by prior arrangement (e.g.
if there are no outgoing clients or outgoing clients are leaving early). On departure we request that the
property is left clean and tidy and that you vacate by 10am on the day of
departure (or later by prior arrangement with the owner). The property will be cleaned and checked prior to your arrival by
our Managing Agents, they should be allowed access at all reasonable times to
carry out their duties regarding cleaning, pool maintenance etc.
- Any problems must be
reported to our Managing Agents, details of which will be supplied to you
prior to your arrival.
- The rental cost includes
the provision of bed linen and towels for bathroom and poolside use(please note beach
towels are not provided but we have a beach towel hire service), and normal use of gas, electricity and water. A
change of bed linen and towels is provided for stays in excess of 7 days.
- You are
asked to use the property and its contents with care and to ensure any damage
is reported to our Managing Agents.
- In the event of a break in
the supply of services to the property, our liability is limited to
endeavouring to resolve the problem to the best of our ability as at times
this will be dependent upon the local authorities carrying out repairs to
restore services. Electricity in Spain can go off for no apparent reason, it
is usually restored very quickly, and full details of procedures to follow if
this happens will be provided at the property.
- The proprietors shall not
be responsible for any accident or injury to clients, arising from the
client’s use of the property.
- It is strongly recommended
that all members of your party are adequately insured, in particular for
medical costs and cancellation charges.
- In the event of
cancellation by you, the deposit is non refundable, and if the holiday is
cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to departure the full amount of the holiday
cost is payable, unless the property can be re-let for the period concerned.
In this instance a re-marketing and administration charge is payable.
It is once again recommended you arrange the appropriate holiday insurance which should
include cancellation.
- In the event that the
property is unavailable for occupation during the booked period due to
circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to the refund
of monies paid to us by you. In this unlikely situation, we shall use our best
endeavours to find alternative accommodation for you.
- When clients make a booking
and pay the deposit, it implies an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
